I admire good "eye candy" photography as much as anyone else, but I've never felt that it should qualify as "my art." Rather, my art hopes to evoke deep, endlessly fascinating, and sometimes conflicted feelings in the viewer.
But eye candy, portraiture, performance, and scenery are all useful practice, "good exercise," and a vital part of my ongoing research. Many of my pioneering methods and development strategies are fine-tuned in this context.
So this section is "just photography," where I relax my standard for "fine art" and just enjoy the pleasures of simple images from the larger body of my photographic archives.
