Cropping
I hate to crop (and almost never do), But when I do crop, it's worth scrupulous attention. Even 10 pixels of difference at the top can make a huge difference in the "lift" or "squat" of major subjects in an image (like the triangular tower here).
Probably spent nearly an hour with grey bars on four different layers to make this best shot at it. Made a best-estimate to begin with, and then second-guessed all over again later. (That is, didn't commit the crop until the last minute, but mocked it up prior to development.)
