Last Healing
Finally (and you'll have to flicker backward again to see them), determined that the rightside pile of bricks (possibly behind this caption in the slideshow mode) is distracting - too much attention drawn to the foreground - and there's a nasty pixelated light on that hotel back there.
I use the Clone Stamp to zap the bricks, and the Healing Brush to zap the hotel light, which does "lock down" the underlying layers at this point. Most Healing was done in advance, but a couple things always inevitably require the "last minute touch." (Sometimes, more than just "a couple" of things. So lucky for this one.)
To be clear, I do hate giving up on flexibility when it happens. I end up "double drafting" a lot of images to spot problems like this and then backtrack to start completely over. Obsessive, much?
